• 100 gr sago flour

• 100 grams of medium protein wheat flour

• 200 ml warm coconut milk

• 150 gr granulated sugar

• 1 tbsp instant yeast

• 1 tsp turmeric powder (for natural yellow color)

• 3 eggs

• 1 lime leaf or pandan leaf (for aroma)

• A pinch of salt

How to make:

1. Mix the yeast with a little warm water and 1 tbsp sugar. Let stand for 10 minutes until it foams.

2. Beat the eggs and sugar until dissolved (no need to let it expand).

4. Add turmeric powder and salt, stir until the dough is smooth.

5. Let the dough rest for 2 hours until it rises.
