Return Policy

  1. It is mandatory and must do an Unboxing Video when the product is received. Do an unboxing video from start to finish without a break then fill out the return form.
  2. We do not accept returns with video recordings of packages that have been opened / packages that have been repackaged.
  3. Complaints are not accepted if there is no Unboxing video.
  4. Only accept complaints 1x24 hours after the package is received by the buyer.
