How to become a member

To become a Store.cosmos member, you can now register in two ways, namely by email and mobile phone number.

How to register an account

  1. Sign in to Store.cosmos
  2. Click “Register/Sign up” or the following symbol 👤
  3. Enter all your personal data and email to register and become a Store.cosmos member.
  4. Click “Create Account”
  5. Check your registered email.
  6. Click the link in the email, you have become a member of Store.cosmos.

Can I change my personal data (profile)?

Of course you can, you can change your personal data on your profile by:

  1. Sign in to your Store.cosmos account
  2. Select the “Account” menu
  3. Then on your account dashboard, click the “Repair” icon on the top right.
  4. Then, you can choose which data you want to change in the “Account Settings” section.
  5. Once finished, click the “Save” button.

How to purchase

After creating an account, please click on the menu with the desired product, then click add to cart or type the product code in the search menu 🔍 If you have found the desired product, you can immediately add it to cart.

Payment method:

  1. After selecting a product, please check out.
  2. Please login if you are not logged in, or sign up if you are not signed up.
  3. Fill in the SHIPPING ADDRESS.
  4. Select the SHIPPING METHOD option.
  5. Go to the ONE STEP CHECKOUT page, there you choose PAYMENT METHODS. Choose the desired payment method, namely BANK TRANSFER, CREDIT CARD, and ONLINE PAYMENT.

What if I forget my password?

It's okay, don't worry, you can reset your Store.cosmos account password this way:

  1. Select the “Account” menu
  2. Click “Forgot Password?”
  3. Enter your email.
  4. Click the “Reset My Password” button and you will be sent a link to change your password.
  5. Open the email that has been sent by Store.cosmos
  6. Click the “Reset” button to reset your password.
  7. Enter the new password you want and retype it to confirm your account password.
  8. Click the “Set a New Password” button.

Why can't I login?

There are several reasons why you cannot log in, such as:

  1. You entered an incorrect email address and password. So, make sure you have filled in the email address and password correctly and appropriately.
  2. Make sure you are connected to the internet. If there are any problems, please check your network or check the settings on the device you are using.

How to return an item because it was damaged by the courier or does not work

How do I track my order status?

The AWB that appears on your order will immediately direct you to the order tracking section.

Warranty claim conditions

For warranty claims, you can show a valid warranty card and/or proof of purchase. If you buy online, you can show proof of order/proof of purchase at the online shop. We recommend registering your warranty card here so that you don't have to worry about losing your warranty card or proof of purchase in the future. Just register for 1 minute, get a lifetime service warranty.

Warranty Terms

If still under warranty, then: free repair services and guaranteed spare parts.

If it is no longer under warranty, then: repair services are still free, but there will be a fee if there is a replacement of spare parts.
