Simple Korean Beef Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of beef (choose brisket or shank)
 - 1 liter of water

 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tsp black pepper powder
 - 1 tsp salt

 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 1 tsp chili powder (optional, for a spicy taste)
 - 100 grams of bean sprouts
 - 1 egg (optional)
 - Chopped spring onions and toasted sesame seeds for sprinkling.
 
How to cook:
- Cut the beef to taste, then boil briefly to remove dirt and foam.
 - Discard the first cooking water, rinse the meat with clean water.
 - Put the cleaned meat into the Cosmos CPC 071 ALG Pressure Cooker .
 - Add water, garlic, onions, and spring onions.
 - Add soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, and chili powder.
 - Once the cooking process is complete, release the pressure slowly.
 - Add the bean sprouts and mix well.
 - If you want to add eggs, beat them in a bowl, then slowly pour them into the soup while stirring.
 - Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with chopped spring onions and toasted sesame seeds.
 
Additional Tips:
- For a richer flavor, add shitake mushrooms or silken tofu to the soup.
